For this reason, we use remote support software that is preinstalled or downloaded and run on an ad-hoc basis, dependent on your circumstance.
At SYSOP we have learnt through experience that no single system is infallible, so we use at least three separate systems on our networks. All systems are secure, encrypted and do not weaken the overall security of the network. This is achieved by using multi factor authentication and best practice policy and processes.
We use online services to store our tools, software and patches so that we do not waste your time scouring the internet when you need it most. We are conscious that your time is important and work hard to keep your workflow disruption to a minimum.
